Compass Driving Instructor School have 20 years of training experience and are therfore one of Essex's most experienced driving instructor training establishments. The trainers have over 39 years combined experience in the industry, training all aspects of instructor training plus also teaching a minimal amount of learner drivers per week. Both trainer's have been achieved a Grade 6 (highest grade)as instructors and hold further qualifications in teaching and driving.
The aim is to use full time tutors who are enthuastic and focus on the customers training requirements, helping you to reach your goal. Therefore,you can rest assured, you are well prepared for the career and examinations. We pride ourselves on the quality of our training.
Our very successful ADI courses are structured to suit individual needs and requirements. The in-house theory training course helps the students to prepare for all aspects of the practical training and the future role of the instructor.
The practical training for Parts 2(driving)and Part 3(instructional is strictly on a one to one basis with a dedicated, senior trainer assigned to each student through out the period of training.
As a result, many of our successful trainees are offered a role with one of our driving schools Karen's School of Motoring, Compass Driver Training or Automatic Pass.
